Dog Walks

Chris has for 3 weeks now Felie a kind of small rodhesian ridgeback, two years old. Felie is a very friendly human dog but has no clue how to behave with others dogs: aggressive, barking, growling etc...to the point I lost confidence to walk my dog. Chris is deciphering her behavior to me and helping me to unlock my dog and regain confidence. Im having great times with Chris and my dog is improving at light speed.

I can't recommend Chris enough! Not only his he one of the only people I trust with my dog who is prone to run away, but he gives her tons of exercise and attention. She is so much happier now that he is taking care of her! Chris has SAVED THE DAY on long work days, on family emergencies, and on last minute requests. He's even walked up to 3 dogs for me when I was dog sitting! He loves my dog well and sends such great updates. He is responsive, kind, willing, responsible, upbeat, and so helpful. Using Souls for Paws has been a game changer for my dog and me, and I am so thankful to have found Chris!!

Deaf Friendly and communicate well via text and plenty of pictures and videos which are so hard to take when you're out with your fur kids but they are masters at that! Starbright is worn out and happy girl! She itching for her next adventure!

Souls for Paws has helped make my transition to Austin amazing. My puppy did not acclimate well but thanks to Chris, she’s gotten very comfortable in her new environment. He is amazing with her and all the dogs he has and she enjoys her trips. I would recommend Souls for Paws for anyone who truly sees their pets as fur babies.

Chris and Mason are the best! I've been very hesitant in the past to try to find a walker or sitter for my heeler mix, Penny, because she isn't the easiest to introduce new people to. She's extremely slow to warm up to strangers and almost always defaults to aggressive barking when someone new enters the room. Luckily, my sister recommended Souls for Paws when I needed a dog sitter for a 2 week vacation back in March. Chris knew exactly how to approach Penny and our older golden retriever mix and quickly won them over! I've used them since then for occasional walks and another overnight weekend stay and can't say enough good things about the experience every time. I have friends that Penny's been around many times who still can't come near her without her barking, but Chris and Mason both quickly bonded with her. It's such a relief to know that we've found a great dog sitting option and makes me feel a lot more comfortable taking out of town trips. While I'm gone, I receive regular videos and pictures on Snapchat from them, so I can feel confident that everything is going well. You can't go wrong with Souls for Paws!

We were so nervous leaving our fur babies for such a long time but Chris stayed at our home with our 4 very spoiled and needy fur babies for 9 long days. He was AWESOME!! He sent us several videos daily and was very quick to respond to any messages we sent him. He was even so kind to check our mail and water the plants so they wouldn’t die in the heat. Chris and Souls for Paws is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will definitely be using him again for any of our pet needs. Elton will be signing up for some adventures as well in the near future.

I got the training stick 3 days ago and I can't thank you enough for this! It's absolutely the best training toy I ever purchase. I was hesitate to spend $50 in something I wasn't sure but I'm glad I did. My dog, Sophia is a pit bull/ catahoula mix with so much energy and needs a lot of attention. I try to play with her and walk long walks but nothing got her as tired like this stick. I thought she would grab the fur on the tip of the stick and don't let it go but she does cause I think she wants to chase it again.I will send a video soon!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

Chris is the best. My dogs love him, probably more than me. I've noticed they are better behaved on walks as well. I recommend him to anyone looking for dog training/walking/sitting. He is the best!

After our first meeting with Chris and introductions, Diesel was a new dog! Chris is a pack leader at heart, immediately won our trust! Watching Diesel having so much fun with other dogs and responding quick to commands now brings such joy and happiness to me! Chris is awesome! Always responsive, timely, never rushing and gives excellent advise! He was super patient with Luna who has a bit of anxiety and doesn't warm up to strangers easily.
